System costs
We have tried to keep the basic costs of the system to a bare minimum to give you the best value for money we can offer.
The basic system incorporates the setup of the system, creation of your own colour scheme, help with content and images and the first year basic hosting charge. After that there is a yearly renewal fee that covers the hosting and support of your system, including any free upgrades that become available.
Setup Fee and annual fees
There is an initial fee of £300, which covers setting up of your system, including initial help with your own content and tuition in the admin systems. It also includes the first years hosting and maintenance, so your system will be kept up to date with the most recent version.
Thereafter there is a yearly maintenance fee of £100, which covers the cost of basic hosting and system support including free upgrades of the system.
Hosting
The setup fees and annual fee include the cost for basic hosting which include:
- 100 MB disk space
- 1GB Bandwidth per month
However if you site is extremely popular or you have large downloadable content you may require a more advanced hosting solution. The other two options are
Silver Hosting - (£60 annual charge)
- 1GB disk space
- 10 GB Bandwidth per month
Gold Hosting - (£100 annual charge)
- 2GB Disk Space
- 20 GB Bandwidth per month
We will monitor your system and inform you if you require any additional hosting resource.
Domain names
If you have registered your own domain name then you can use that with no extra charge incurred from us (there may be a charge to change the DNS settings by your provider).
Alternatively we can setup and manage your domain names for you. We will check the availability of different names, register and administrate the domain. There is a £15 annual charge per domain name for the following domain extensions
If you require a different extension then please contact us for the relevant cost.
If you use a domain name provided by us and choose to stop using the system there is a £50 admin charge for transferring the domain over to your new host.
